Worth staying there. Good location. If you have any problems the owner will help you straight away. Good parking access. Positive: Nice terrace. The apartment is very conveniently located. We were using electric lime scooters to get to the metro station, Burj Khalifa or other locations. It’s just 5 minutes on scooter from the apartment. Walking 25-30 minutes. There are plenty of cafes and shops in the buildings nearby. No need to go far to eat or drink a cup of coffee. The apartment was pretty clean, few little things were missing to be perfect. The only problem was the number of bed linen sets. It was not enough for 3 people. So we had to wait for it to be delivered the same day on the evening. And we asked for 3 sets total, but received only 2. So if someone is going to rent the place bear in mind that 3 people is top for that place. The apartment has all the amenities, so you don’t need to think about anything. Fridge, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, hairdryer - everything is there. It has a parking space, which is extremely useful in Dubai. Negative: Total cleanliness in the apartment.
