Palm Jumeirah 2.5BR Fairmont Hotel

We informed the agency about this, but they kept making promises but didn't follow through. They promised compensati Positive: I've been staying at these Fairmont Residences, Palm Jumeirah for about three years. I booked through several different agencies for various apartments in this building, and this was the most expensive one. The location beautiful and strategic, but the apartment was a disappointment because: Negative: 1. It wasn't cleaned. 2. It had a strong, unpleasant food smell that couldn't be removed, even with air freshener. 3. The pool and the beach access were out of service, meaning we couldn't enjoy any of the amenities. 4. There weren't enough large towels or even toiletries in the bathroom and kitchen, and the table ware was dirty. 5. The rooms had the same unpleasant smell, the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly (the temperature stayed at 22 degrees Celsius), and some of the lights weren't working. 6. The sofa was dirty, with old black stains and a musty smell of vomit or mold.
